In this episode, Scott and Micah discuss some of the challenges people have trying to find a place to serve in church.  Based on some of Micah's recent experiences, there has been communication of his willingness to serve, but it has never panned out.  We begin to decipher some of the reasons why church members have difficulty serving, from membership to personality reasons.
